ITINERARY:
DAY 1 : ARRIVAL HO CHI MINH CITY (D)
Meet on arrival at Ho Chi Minh City / Tan Son Nhat International Airport and transfer to hotel. Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, is a center of commerce, finance, culture and tourism in Vietnam. The rest of time at leisure. Dinner on floating restaurant with show and cruise on Saigon River & Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
DAY 2 : HO CHI MINH – CU CHI + CITY TOUR (B/L/D)
The sightseeing tour acquaints us with the city's major sights. Visit to Cuchi Tunnels, then we pass the now-demolished wartime American Embassy before exploring the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975. Close to this palace are some French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Sai Gon Post Office. Then, we continue our trip on to the bustling Ben Thanh Market where anything and everything is for sale
DAY 3 : HA LONG BAY OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE(B/L/D)
Pick-up and transfer to Halong Bay ( 3 hours from Hanoi, 1,5 hours from Hai Phong. Overnight on board
DAY 4 : HA LONG-HA NOI (B/L/D)
Transfer back to Hanoi and trip finishes at the hotel around 16h30. Dinner and overnight in Hanoi
DAY 5 : HA NOI – DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at hotel, visit to Ho Chi Minh’s House, museum and outside of His Mausoleum (closed on Monday, Friday and the whole months of October-November) and His Residence, One-Pillar Pagoda, transfer to airport for onward flight
