Terms and Conditions

The purchase of any services offered by dongtravel.com constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and dongtravel.com, and represents your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions set out here.

Please ensure that you already read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions before you make booking. Rarely change, but we also reserve the right to change the condition, please do ask us for latest Terms & Conditions upon your booking.

1. Liability

Dongtravel.com acts in the capacity of the travel agent for its customers in making arrangement for transportation, hotels, cruises and other travel related services that are incidental to the package that being purchased. As an agent for the travellers, dongtravel.com does not assume any liability for injury, damage, death, accident or delay due to any act by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, company or person rendering any of services included in the tour

Force majeure: Dongtravel.com accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to machinery breakdown, quarantine, weather or any other causes beyond its control. Dongtravel.com accepts no responsibility for any omissions, delays, additional expenses or other events resulting from improper health certificates or necessary documents to enter or depart a country or acts of any government authority.

2. Acceptance of booking

Dongtravel.com will customize all travel needs, make customer satisfy then also make necessary reservation and confirm to you, a deposit is requested at this time, please see below for deposit & payment term

Deny of booking: Dongtravel.com reserves the right to decline your booking without explanation if we have cause to believe that you might pose a threat to public safety or security in Vietnam. 

Insurance: Before you travel to Vietnam you are required by law to obtain suitable travel insurance and any other necessary insurance, therefore dongtravel.com assumes you have done so before your arrival in Vietnam.

3. Deposit & payment

A minimum deposit of 30% of full amount of tour fare and full payment of air ticket (if any) is required to guarantee of your reservation. We then send you receipt and balance, also a confirmation of final arrangement.

Full payment is required 15 days prior to arrival unless you have other agreement / credit. We accept paying by cash after deposit 30% but not apply to all cases. Please talk to our consultant who you deal with.

We accept payment by cash / credit card by filling from / credit card online payment / credit card by online invoice / bank transfer in Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia,...

BY CREDIT CARD:

Option 1: ONLINE We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn) ( this company represent Visa/Master in Vietnam). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) with international security standard. We will send you the link to fill in the form and you will make the online payment through steps on OnePay website or Mastercard system.

Option 2: OFFLINE  Download this form, fill in necessary info, with your signature and then take photo and send back to us, we need also your copy of the card

Please note that you will be charged by DONG TRAVEL

BY BANK TRANSFER: Please contact our staff who make the deal with you for proper bank detail

4. Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email. If you cancel a trip 30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit.

Cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of the full amount plus any bank fees that result from us here and any charge occurs to us from our service providers.

If you cancel with less than 15 days until departure no refund will be given.

There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations

5. Health requirements

Before travelling you should ensure that you are fully up to date with all vaccinations required for Vietnam.

If your itinerary means you may be involved in strenuous activities such as cycling or trekking you should check with your medical practitioner if you are in any doubts about your fitness to do so.

If you have any allergies, any disabilities or health problems relevant to your holiday you should inform us well in advance.

6. Child Policy:

Child of any age twin sharing  = 100% tour fare

Infant is free of charge ( except air ticket, train ticket, and breakfasts at hotel)

Child with extra bed = 75% tour fare

Child no bed = 50%

7. Passport & Visa:

Passport: You need a passport with 6 month validity to travel.

Visa to Cambodia can get on arrival ( no need pre-approval)

Visa to Vietnam can get on arrival or at Vietnam embassy at your country ( need pre-approval), please download application form, print out, fill in, sign & stick your photos for fast process upon arrival at VISA ON ARRIVAL counter before immigration passing
