Vietnamese cuisine –Cooking class at Redhouse Ha noi
At RedHouse Hanoi cooking classes are scheduled every day in the morning and early evening.Hanoi Cooking classes are an interactive and fun way to go shopping at local market ( chợ) , to learn new cooking skills and to experience the tastes and textures of the cuisine of Vietnam .You will prepare dishes under the guidance of experienced Vietnamese chefs and enjoy the food you have prepared by yourself with local beer or wine, in our comfortable dining area

I. SCHEDULE
- Morning class : 8.30am - 12.00am
- Afternoon class : 3.00pm - 5.30pm
II. PROGRAM:
- 8.30am - 9.30am / 2.00pm - 3.00pm : Market visit (if any)
- 9.30am - 10.00am / 3.00pm - 3.30pm: Started by a welcome drink and introduction of "Corner of Vietnamese Traditional Kitchen" with the legend of "Kitchen God" narrated by English MC
- 10.00am - 10.15am / 3.30pm - 3.45pm: Participate to "Food preparation" with Chef
- 10.15am - 11.30am / 3.45pm - 4.30pm: Enjoy cooking class with selective menus of "Traditional dishes".
- 11.30am - 12.00am / 4.30pm - 5.30pm: Enjoy Lunch/dinner with participant's own creation.
