I. PROGRAM:
Morning, driver will pick up you at lobby of hotel. Transfer to The Saigon Culinary Art Center Mai Home for cooking class. You will be taken to the market to buy vegetables and ingredients for cooking - this is chance to discover local life in their daily purchasing activities. Back to Art Center to cook foods with guidance of chef. Have lunch with taste dishes prepared by yourself.
II. MENU:
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
1. Chicken noodle- Pho ga
2. Vegetable salad with pork and shrimps- Goi ngu sac
3. Vietnamese grilled pork rib- Thit nuong
4. Steamed broken rice- Com tam
5. Dessert will be offered by Chef
III. Above itinerary is:
