This city boasts outstanding French colonial architecture and low level buildings that are spread out in the city, enhancing a cultural and relaxed atmosphere. Life in this pleasant capital is slow-paced and there is always only a light flow of traffic, even during rush hour! We explore this little, peaceful capital at a leisurely pace visiting some of the finest and most important historical sites in Laos.

Day 1: ARRIVAL VIENTIANE (Lunch / Dinner Included)
On arrival at international airport in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, our guide welcome and transfer you to hotel, check-in.
Vientiane is a charming and fascinating capital, with an interesting mix of Lao, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, and American influences. After a short rest, we start visiting the major sights of the capital; including the Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues, and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. Lunch at local restaurant, then enroute to Lao's national icon, the precious and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument is good ideal, which is known as Vientiane's own Arc de Triumph. The Mekong river side is the perfect place to end the day and admire the sunset.
Dinner with traditional dance show at nice restaurant. Overnight in Vientiane.
Day 2: VIENTIANE – NAM NGUM LAKE (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner included)
After breakfast at hotel, we head out of the city and make our way to Nam Ngum, a huge reservoir created by damming the Nam Ngum River. We stop over at Ban Keun, which is famous for its salt extraction plant and a village that distills the local Lao whiskey. On arrival at Nam Ngum Lake, we embark on a long tail boat approx 1 hour visiting Nam Ngum Lake. Lunch at local restaurant and return back to city (if time permits), perhaps you might want to Vang Change located in the valley where you can also enjoy a beautiful view of Forest and continues to visit local market at KM 52. We return to Vientiane by late evening. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Vientiane.
Day 3: VIENTIANE – DEPARTURE (Breakfast included)
After breakfast at hotel, we visit the Morning market, come back to hotel for check out and transfer to airport for departure flight.
