ITINERARY:
DAY 01: ARRIVAL HANOI (D)
On arrival at Noi Bai International airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel in town. Welcome have dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi capital.
DAY 02: HANOI CITY TOUR – NIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI (B/L/D)
The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilt House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, and the Old Quarter is known as the 36 streets and guilds. Also on the tour - the Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple, the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake with lovers street Thanh Nien, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple and one of the city's museums, either the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum. Dinner and take night train to Lao Cai province.
DAY 03: LAO CAI – COC LY MARKET INCLUDE BOAT TRIP – TRIP TO SAPA (B/L/D)
The train arrives at the Lao Cai train station at approximately 6:00am. Breakfast at local restaurant, After breakfast, 2 hours morning road trip Drive from Lao Cai (2hrs) to Coc Ly market where situated between stunning mountains by the Chay River. Every Tuesday morning, the people from the surrounding ethnic villages such as Flower H’mong, Phu La and Dao Tuyen gather to sell and buy their products. Having explored the market, you will have a boat trip to Flower H’mong village of Na Nen then trek to Trung Do village of Tay minority people. Enjoy the picnic lunch in local house with Tay people. From there we travel by boat down the river and experience the magnificent sight of the beautiful river banks.You will be picked up in Bao Nhai village and drive uphill to Sa Pa. Dinner with special River Salmon. Overnight in Chau Long hotel – Superior room in New Wing.
DAY 04: SAPA – CAT CAT VILLAGE - LAO CAI FOR NIGHT TRAIN TO HANOI (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, Meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a walking tour to the hilltribe villages of Cat Cat, home to the H'mong ethnic minority peoples. The road from Sapa winds through hilly terrain and past terraced rice fields, where you reach Cat Cat cultural village, just 3 km from Sapa town. A leisurely walk through the old village offers an overview of the traditional customs and practices of the ethnic Black H'mong minority. Stop by a stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station, constructed by the French during the colonial era in Viet Nam. Lunch at local restaurant then afternoon bus ride down hill to Lao Cai station, have dinner in the restaurant, and then get on the night train, soft sleeper back to Hanoi.
DAY 5: ARRIVE IN HANOI, TOUR TO TAM COC – BICH DONG (B/L/D)
Early arrive in Hanoi station at around 5:00 AM, Pick up and transfer to hotel for check in, take a rest, breakfast then start to Tam Coc, upon arrival at Tam Coc, take a tiny boat for a peaceful cruise on the river to Tam Coc ("three caves"), the tourists often compare the place with Guilin - China, or more closely, to the limestone islets of Halong Bay in the Tonkin Gulf for their similar geological structures and shapes. Thus Tam Coc is also called Ha Long-Bay-On-Land. Visit Bich Dong Pagoda. Transfer back to Ha Noi, dinner. Overnight in Ha Noi.
DAY 06: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY (B/L/D)
07h30-08h00: Take a 3-hours scenic drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay
12h00-12h30: Arrive in Halong Tourist Wharf. Transfer to Halong Emotion Boat by tender
12h30: Welcome cocktail on the boat and check in to your private cabin.
13h15-14h15: Vietnamese lunch served on board, during crusing toward Ha Long bay.
14h30: Visit the Ba Hang floating fishing village by Sampan.
16h00: Cooking class by chef cook of the Emotion Boat on the sundeck.
17h00: Stop Titop beach for available activities as:
• See view on sundeck, relaxing in restaurant.
• Kayaking and Swimming.
• Take an overview of Halong City from Titop peak.
• Or requested activities such as: Massage service (you made contact with tour guide or reception).
18h45: Stop at Ho Dong Tien area (near Drum Cave) for overnight.
19h30: Have buffet dinner with seafoods provided by Ba Hang fishing village.
21h00-22h00: Join “Happy Hour” program
22h00-24h00: Freely enjoying the beauty of Ha long at night, join us with one of the optional activities:
• Enjoy chatting at Bar.
• Enjoy night fishing.
• Relax and spend a romantic night on Emotion Cruise
DAY 7: HALONG BAY – HO CHI MINH (B/L/D)
06h00-6h30: Practice Tai Chi on the Sundeck
07h00-7h30: Start your day with a light breakfast.
07h30: During breakfast, cruising to explore other part of Halong Bay, pass through Trinh Nu Cave and Cua Van floating fishing village, Toad islet, and visit.
08h30: Arrive in Surprise cave, explore the Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long bay.
09h45: Check out and take all luggage outside of your cabin, cruise back to the Tourist Wharf through Ha Long bay.
10h00: Have brunch and clear bills.
11h30: Back to the Tourist Wharf
12h00: Departure to Hanoi airport to take the domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Upon to Hochiminh city, Our guide will meet all of you at Tan Son Nhat Airport pick up and transfer in the hotel for check in. Dinner and overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
DAY 8: HO CHI MINH – CITY TOUR – CU CHI TUNNEL (B/L/D)
After breakfast, have a half day city tour of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, Photo-stop at Neo-Roman Notre Dame Cathedral - one of the most splendid and typical of the beautiful French-built churches in Ho Chi Minh city, next Municipal Post Office - Saigon's French-style main post office to admire and take photos of its nice architecture that is one of the Ho Chi Minh City’s symbolizing images, continue to visit War Museum, Reunification Palace, lacquer ware factory, shopping at Saigon Square or BenThanh Market. Lunch at local restaurant, then leave Ho Chi Minh for Cu Chi tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American. Return to Ho Chi Minh for dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hochiminh City.
DAY 9: HO CHI MINH – MY THO MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH (B/L/D)
Today we will visit My Tho by doing cruisealong Mekong River’s small canals. Visit Thoi Son islands. Drop in local orchards and enjoy tropical fruit galaparty with the country side’s folk music. Lunch at the local restaurant with Vietnamese speciality fried fish. After lunch, visit the famous ancient pagoda Vinh Trang. Back to Saigon. Special dinner on a floating restaurant, cruising along Saigon river, while enjoying food and the attractive melody of live music show. Overnight in Saigon.
DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (B)
After breakfast, free time and pleasure until transfer to the Tan Son Nhat airport for flight back home.
