DAY2: Bangkok: (B/L)
After breakfast. Pick up at hotel. This tour includes the most unusual Buddhist temples in Bangkok: At First Wat Trimit with its invaluable Golden Buddha (5 ½ tons of solid gold) – Wat Po, the most extensive temple in Bangkok, with its colossal Reclining Buddha and the Chedis of the Kings. The Grand Palace is one of the most beautiful samples of an ancient Siamese court. It used to be the residence of the Kings of Thailand. Here you will see palaces which were used for different occasions: the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House, and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple.Lunch at local restaurant. After breakfast & check out at hotel, meet with tour guide and transfer to Bangkok airport for flight departure to Chiang Mai(*NOTE: the domestic flight is EXCLUDED in this package. Arrival at Chiang Mai airport, meet with tour guide and proceed to visit Doi Suthep Temple which is place of worship dates back to the year 1383 when the first Chedi was built. It is an important pilgrimage spot for the devout and is sacred site to many Thai people where visitors can climb 309 steps to reach the pagodas on top of the hill. In the top of the hill, enjoy spectacular views of Chiang Mai City and its surroundings from the top of this mountain, where the panoramic view and local culture can be enjoyed. After that, visit to Hmong Hill - Tribe Village (the village of colorful costumes tradition) is located on the boundaries of the Doi Suthep - Pui National Park. Explore a quaint and picturesque hill-tribe village set in an attractive hillside spot. Discover their culture and history through their evidences at the museum. DAY4: Chiang Mai: (B/L)
After an early breakfast, meet with tour guide and proceed to Elephant Camp. Enjoy fabulous performance of elephants, the symbol of Thailand at Mae Sa Elephant Camp. Delight in a wide range of demonstrations like elephant training techniques, bathing, traditional roundup methods, and elephant game. Visit to Elephants’ Nursery and Art Exhibition which is acknowledged as “the most expensive painting by a group of elephants” by Guinness World Records. Experience with 30 minutes elephant ride into the jungle. Then, visit an Orchid Farm with more than 50 different varieties of gorgeous orchid blooms in a dazzling array of colures.Lunch at local restaurant. Return back to your hotel & Free at your own time.
