ITINERARY:
DAY 1: ARRIVAL HO CHI MINH CITY (D)
Upon arrival Saigon, tour guide will pick up then transfer for dinner at local restaurant then transfer for check in hotel. Free time for shopping in Ben Thanh Night Market
DAY 2: HO CHI MINH (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, join Cooking Class: 3 main courses + 2 dessert at Cooking Center. Lunch at Cooking Center with what we cook + steam rice. Then we will visit The People’s Committee Hall, Opera House, shopping Dong Khoi street. See water puppet show at 18.30 . Dinner at Saigon River Cruise with Show
DAY 3: HO CHI MINH (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, we will visit The Hundred Years Red Cathedral (Notre Dame Cathedral), The Old Post Office. 8:30 AM join Cooking Class 5 dishes (3 main courses + 2 dessert) at Cooking Center. Lunch at Cooking Center with what we cook + steam rice. After cooking class, we will pick up and transfer to House Hold Store (toko alat-alat masak + bumbu-bumbu masak Vietnam), then shopping Lacquer Factory and Handicraft Center, Saigon Square. Dinner at Local Restaurant
DAY 4: HO CHI MINH - CU CHI – VUNG TAU (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to visit Cu Chi. After lunch, go to Vung Tau. It takes about three and a half hour from Ho Chi Minh to Vung Tau. Dinner seafood & overnight in vung tau
DAY 5: VUNG TAU – HO CHI MINH (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy Vung Tau Beach, Christ Hill (St Jacque Janerio), Thuy Van Beach, Whale Temple. Lunch in Vung tau, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh, shopping Benthanh market. Foot Massage at Blue Diamond hotel (30 minutes) Dinner & overnight in Hochiminh
DAY 6: HO CHI MINH – DANANG - HOI AN (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, take flight to Danang, visit to Cham Museum, Marble Mountain, and lunch then continue visit to Hoian Ancient town (walking tour): Tan Ky Ancient House, Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall, Japanese Bridge, overnight in Hoian.
DAY 7: HOIAN - HUE (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, driving to Hue, The Imperial City of Hue was the capital of Vietnam during the reign of the Nguyen dynasty, the last dynasty in Vietnam. Even today, the Vietnamese regard Hue with awe and respect, upon arrival, we visit to Imperial Citadel, lunch at local restaurant, afternoon visit to Emperor Tu Duc Mausoleum, boat trip on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Overnight in Hue.
DAY 8: HUE COOKING CLASS - HANOI (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, Driver will pick up you at lobby hotel and transfers you to Garden restaurant. Garden house is the typical one and unique of Hue city. You will be taken to market to buy some vegetables and ingredients for your cooking. This is also a great chance to get experience of local life in their daily purchasing activities. After that you are back restaurant and under the guidance of chef you will learn how to prepare and cook Hue special foods. Hue royal food is an art to learn and enjoy its beauty as taste. Have lunch and taste dishes prepared by yourself afterward. Transfer to airport for flight to Hanoi by Domestic. Airport pick up, free time for leisure. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi
DAY 9: HANOI – HALONG BAY (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Residence, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature (The First University of Vietnam), lunch at local restaurant then proceed to Halong Bay - Halong Bay was awarded by UNESCO as a natural heritage in 1994. This four hour drive will show you the diversity of the North Vietnam villages and rice fields along the journey. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Ha Long.
DAY 10: HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/L/D)
AAfter breakfast, Board a private boat for a cruise in Halong Bay, a world heritage site recognised by UNESCO in 1994. Explore Thien Cung Grotto, round over Tuan Chau Island, Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island and Sail Island. Lunch of fresh seafood is served on board. Return to Hanoi with stop-overs at ceramic and hand embroidery workshops en route. Arrive Hanoi, dinner at local restaurant. Free time for shopping. Overnight in Hanoi
DAY 11: HANOI COOKING CLASS (B/L/D)
After breakfast, join Hanoi cooking class, lunch with participant's own creation. City tour: visit Hoan Kiem Lake , Ngoc Son Temple, Hanoi Old Quarter (36 ancient shopping street). Dinner and overnight at Hanoi.
DAY 12: HANOI – DEPARTURE (B)
After breakfast.Transfer to airport for departure
